  1. The advance payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
  2. The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking or will be charged extra.
  3. Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
  4. All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked upon arrival.
  5. Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
  6. Any illegal activity — including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics — is strictly not permitted.
  7. A refundable security deposit is collected before check-in and refunded at check-out upon inspection.

  3. Rest amount should be paid at time of check-in.
  4. Security deposit is strictly needed at check-in.
  5. Security deposit will be refunded at time of check-out.
  6. No security deposit returned against any damage to property.
  7. No amount will be refunded against any cancellation.
