  4. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
  5. Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
  6. All mobile networks work fairly well here.
  7. Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
  8. We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.

POLICY

  1. The advance payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
  2. The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking or will be charged extra.
  3. Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
  4. All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked upon arrival.
  5. Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
  6. Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
  7. Refundable security deposit of ₹ 3,000 is collected at check-in.
  8. This security deposit amount is refunded at check-out time.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  1. Advance amount is necessary for booking confirmation.
  2. For booking confirmation minimum 50% of total amount should be paid.
  3. Rest amount should be paid at time of check-in.
  4. Check-in is permitted only after full payment is received.
  5. Security deposit of ₹ 3,000 is strictly needed at check-in.
  6. Security deposit will be refunded at time of check-out.
  7. No security deposit returned against any damage to property.
  8. No amount will be refunded against any cancellation.
